Safe homemade noodles


Carefully selected domestic wheat is mixed with foreign barley to give it firmness, and served as homemade noodles with a floury aroma and just the right texture.
The noodles are made separately for tsukemen and ramen, and the ingredients, water content, and cutting blades are changed, and the noodles are carefully finished every day, taking time, effort, and attention to detail, always with sincerity and skill toward our customers.
In particular, when it comes to eggs, which are the raw material for making noodles, we use "whole egg powder" to improve the safety of our homemade noodles.

No chemical seasonings!


Tokiya Sohonke's dipping sauce does not contain any chemical seasonings.
