Event Overview

The Belgian Beer Weekend in Osaka features 75 types of Belgian beers across 14 categories, perfect for a midsummer afternoon. This includes white beers and IPAs, as well as Lambic and Trappist beers for the beer connoisseurs. Among these, 11 are making their debut at the Belgian Beer Weekend this year. Beer and Gourmet

Enjoy delicious gourmet dishes with your Belgian beer. From the indispensable frites to traditional Belgian dishes like boulettes and carbonnade, there's something for everyone. Try pairing your unique Belgian beer with roast beef, dumplings, and other tasty treats. Beers are served in dedicated glasses and can be purchased using food and drink coins. You'll need 3-5 coins per beer. Additional coins can be purchased at the venue, with a set of 4 coins costing 1,100 yen.

Feel the Belgian Breeze in Osaka! Belgian Beer Weekend Osaka 2024

On stage, our Belgian navigator Naela will introduce you to Belgian culture through fun talks and quizzes. This could be a great opportunity to learn about Belgium in preparation for next year's EXPO 2025 Osaka-Kansai! On Fridays and weekends, live stages by artists active in Japan will also be held to liven up the venue.

Official App "BBWalker"

To make the event more enjoyable, there's also an official app, "BBWalker". With this app, you can view descriptions of Belgian beers and taste charts. You can also check the venue map, record the beers you've drunk, rate and leave notes about delicious beers, and more. Everything you need to enjoy the Belgian Beer Weekend is packed into this app.

If you're visiting for the second time or more, please bring your dedicated glass. You can then enjoy the event by purchasing additional coins only.
