Ticket Details

In case of rain or other weather conditions that prevent access to the special outdoor observation deck, visitors will receive a coupon worth 300 yen for adults and 200 yen for children, which can be used at the Tsutenkaku Tower shop. Please note that no change will be given for the coupons.

Operating Hours


The general observation deck is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the last admission at 7:30 PM. The special outdoor observation deck is open from 10:00 AM to 7:50 PM, with the last admission at 7:30 PM. Please be aware that operating hours may vary depending on the day, so it is recommended to check the hours and holidays in advance before your visit.



Weekday Discount


The 5% discount is available only on weekdays, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last admission at 7:30 PM). The discount is not applicable on weekends and public holidays. Additionally, the tickets cannot be used from December 28, 2024, to January 5, 2025.

Cancellation Policy


If you need to cancel your ticket, please note that a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made after 11:59 PM on the day before the scheduled use. Even if you have a pre-purchased ticket, you will need to line up in the general admission queue with other visitors.
