Every year from May 15th to September 30th, the "St. Regis Champagne & Beer Garden" is held in the "Garden in the Sky," a Japanese garden 50 meters above the ground. The St. Regis Champagne & Beer Garden offers a high-quality summer moment to many guests every year with fine wine and food. This summer, the theme is "Japanese IZAKAYA." They offer a surprising and discovery-filled dining experience where the tastes of Japan and the world intersect, featuring authentic izakaya staple menus, Western seasonings and sauces, and ingredients such as foie gras.

Drinks and Cuisine

They offer three types of courses where drinks and food are set, from a light course where you can enjoy amuse, cold dishes, warm appetizers and drinks, to a course where you can enjoy main dishes, closing dishes, desserts, and free-flowing champagne. In addition, in the drinks-only course, you can order unique and attractive izakaya dishes a la carte with free-flowing drinks.



For appetizers, they offer original menus such as "Edamame Peperoncino with Black Shichimi Flavor," which is edamame mixed with garlic, olive oil, and chili pepper, and flavored with refreshing sansho, "Stick Salad with Bloody Mary Sauce and Soy Milk and White Miso Dressing," which is a sauce that imagines St. Regis's signature cocktail Bloody Mary, and "Daikon and Duck Foie Gras Dengaku with Consomme An Sauce and Yuzu Flavor," which is a daikon dengaku where consomme soup is soaked in and foie gras is placed on top.
